Wasted Time

Time.
A precious gift,
Consider what you do.
Are you a give, a taker, a hoarder,
Which avenue to pursue?

Keep it for yourself,
No sharing, none to spare
Be stingy with your time
You are totally unaware.

But one day…
One day you’ll want to share some time
With those who begged for your attention.
Where did they go?
Where are they now?
All gone. Not fine.
No love. Just time…

Most parents wish they had spent more time with their children when their children were young . . . .Aloha!
