Waste of Hope
life is filled with pain
disease is eating at my brain
sorrow is all I know
each moment feels so slow
still, I keep on going
hiding my feelings by joking
how can anyone understand
unless they've seen it first hand?
what right do you have to give me advice?
what makes you think you're so wise?
I'm the one who has to live this life
I'm the one who faced decades of strife
Let's see you try
I give you a week before all you want is to die
