Was It End of Friendship and Love

My best friend left ,
Broke a promise that I set
He wasn't just my best friend ,
But also a soul mate.
Although we never came to meet ,
With every heartbeat
I stand strong on my feet,
I won't retreat
I know - Him... I wont ever forget.

Deep inside I wish he returns ,
Alone with silent tears of missing
All the moments, All the love, laugh
We been through...
It Burns.
Thought we both didn't want this to stop...
Quite truthfully I was wrong
He just had to go...

With many songs that I got
For now I cannot listen
He left of an religious excuse ...
Now I feel lost
I feel empty overall.
I expected him and me to go through
Whole life till we are old.
Chat and Share thoughts ,
Ideas and anything
That could be told...

I know it wasn't my fault,
I continue to wonder,
What could I have done wrong
He adored me like no one I know
Far away love was strong.
Was the best person on earth
I wouldn't exchange him for no one other
Who understood me like no one else
I expected this to last forever
Like there was nothing better.

I will try to get rid of the hurt ,
I cared.
Get up although I'm scared,
Still in my heart he will stay,
Hope and wish he comes back to me one day...
Sometimes a break can be good to reflect ...
Always remembering ..
To hope but never Expect

An outpouring of emotions that surges up from the heart and splashes against the page like tears. Emile.
