Wanting More

I can’t forget about you, 
Cause you are all I want to know.
I can not seem to comprehend 
What it would be like with out you. 
You’ve got the laugh that I love,
The heart I want to see grow,
That hand I want to hold 
There is so much more left to unfold;
For with all the things we’ve done
I found a dream is in my hands.
Let’s chase this thing we have 
Because I can’t get enough of you. 
So I’ll do my best to show you, 
Everything that I know
And all the things that I don’t
We’ll see together.
Because we’re running on forever,
Chasing the rising sun
For this dream we’ve had together 
Was endless from the start
Let’s keep the rhythms going 
The pounding within our hearts
The constant beats flutter
While driving down the city streets,
Tucked away late at night
Onto the rolling hills.
I want more of the memories 
Ones to remember and adore
That’s all we have in this life 
All we’ll have together 
And still I’m wanting more.
