Wanting for You

I'll play your songs then play some more
Until I see you at my door
I'll ask if you would please come in
Then do something I know I can
I'll have you climb into my chair
And once I see you settled there
In front of you, before your eyes
A brand new song I'll then devise
From scratch, no inkling prior to
The only thing I need is you
To make the words and music flow
Effortless, because you know
The subject of my heart's desire
Both makes it snow and lights my fire
