Wanting
I sometimes which I could stay asleep
so I can keep dreaming of your face
I can hear your voice and touch you
you pull in close and kiss me hard
never to let go always together
laying in the middle of nowhere
thinking of only us
The sound of waves beating hard
against the rocks on shore
feeling the breeze on our bodies
but not feeling the cold
our bodies are so warm
the tenderness we have
If only I could stay asleep
