Wanted: Seer of Darkness

Wanted: Seer of Darkness,

unbound in this world,
and sharing all my thoughts,
if only it were so easy
to face the light alone.

"When the Lamp is Shattered"
spoke to our entombed cores...
everything sacred suddenly speared;
the world I'd crafted between my hands
turned into nothing but sun-bled sand.

When the mirror is shattered,
the shards impale your days.
When you only live on in others,
you begin to fade away.

"You're powerful—you stay."

But when I say,

"I am a self-absorbed alchemist
obsessed with the farthest,"

what I really wish you heard was:

"Wanted: Seer of Darkness."
