Wanderlust

I had a wanderlust unfettered
That ate at me unmetered
As I sat and looked over the plain
And I knew it would remain

I looked at Michael Palin travelling
Across my television screen unravelling
But perhaps there was a reason to it all
And wanderlust was not part of my call.

I love travel...going places. I guess wanderlust is built into my psyche. Quarantining for COVID has given me cabin fever and itchy feet!
