Notes About The Poem

I am trying to learn Iambic Pentameter, so any help and suggestions is appreciated.

Wandering In Nature

And from a child- I was quiet and odd, Choosing to read old books and write my words; I would wander in nature and be awed, Loving the songs and beauty of sweet birds. ______________________________ March 26, 2016 Iambic Pentameter

Walter, oh thanks for that nice comment, and I still read old books and write my words, lol, I love old books, have quite the nice collection over the years, there is something about the feel of an old book, the smell, I love them, others can have their kindles, not this girl, I need to hold a book ~

Charlie, thanks so much for the encouragement, I find this meter thing so difficult, and a bit restrictive to be honest, but I am determined to learn it !!
