Walls

White walls don’t speak, Black
Walls always cry, Yellow walls
Laugh and speak always

I'm not usually enamoured with western haiku because I find it too pretentious as if the poets is saying 'look how clever I am, reducing worlds to 16 syllables!' However this is genuinely a great work. The theme doesn't follow any laid out rules for haiku but I feel that you have succeeded in creating a work that maintains the spirit of the form. A brilliant poem!
