Wall Street

WALL STREET

Wall street is a place where you put your money into stocks
and try and out maneuver the wizards and shylocks.
It's a game of ups and downs and those who know it well
know that there is not a pea under any of the shells.
By manipulating prices they spin you round and round
they first take your emotions up and then they take them down.
Once they have you spinning underneath a market spell
you will sell when you should buy and buy when you should sell.
And while you're dancing in a panic from this street charade
they buy back what they sold to you for half of what you paid.

Awesome rendition, feels like an insiders perspective, maybe a contemplation of larger aspects of society and movement of capital through carnival game. Enjoyed this!
