Pure fantasy...lol!

WALKING WITH MY EYES CLOSED familiar whirr of police siren grows LARGER and LOUDER pulling me over i must exit the driver’s seat h i c c u p my replies slur a few white lies he sure looks sharp this young man in blue but a bit too stern i enter a plea of please he shuffles his feet this awful beast examines my eyes and ears blindfolded i walk the line----------------------- i steer like a tightrope walker my feet feel the bright white light it leads me across state lines trolling the line from east to west-------------------- blindsided and tipsy, a bit giddy besides but sooner or later i’ll find an officer S T R A D D L E D over me you see….. i’ve been walking, with my eyes closed …but only in my mind 2/17/2017
