Walking Straight Away

Walking straight away
Nowhere to go
Crowded street
But empty way.

My mind hanged to a melody
Flying toward something unreal
But inside the real me
Is stable and safe

Nobody can understand
Nobody can even imagine
But I and myself
Like a treasure box

Step by step
I walk my life
I’m waiting for something
Too much undefined

I lost my past
I cannot reach the future
Flying and flying
With the ghost of my mind.

Congratulations on being featured this week. This reminds me of a poem/song by TransSiberian Orchestra "Heal My Soul". Both are full of ache for, as you say, "something". I enjoyed reading this.
