I have always been besotted by the Moon and never tire of gazing at her through my binoculars - magical. I was pregnant with my son when they landed upon her; he was born in December '69 and I called him Neil! Loved your limerick dear Demetrios. With kindest thoughts Ann xx

Yes, it is incredible how they achieved it with so little technology in comparison with today's one. It took a lot of ingenuity and courage to overcome difficulties presented . Thank you Alexis. Were you around back then? Hugs xxx

nice one Demetrios, you sure you haven't been to limerick lol. Strange though, mans been to the moon fifty years ago and seems to have stopped, his thirst for exploration should have by now taken him out of our galaxy. Upwards and onwards. Tom
