Dance female dance
Let the world know you dance
In dreams you dance
Awake you dance
Though in-between there's no space to dance
Sing female sing
Let the world know you sing
In sickness in health
In war and peace
Except in hunger you sing
Run female run
Let the world know you run
The track is long
The time is short
Only relay you're fit to stop
Walk female walk
Let the world know you walk
You're tired and slow
No hope for tomorrow
