Waiting To Hear Your Voice
I've been on this phone for over an hour
Waiting to hear your voice.
To you, I'm just a blinking light on your phone
But I am a person, a living, breathing human being.
So if your tired please remember one thing
I had better plans for this day
Than spending it on the phone
Waiting to hear your voice.
