Waiting For You

I know you're out there, That much is true, Sometimes I think it's not fair, That I'm still looking for you. Maybe you're looking for me too, Maybe we've already met before. Are you looking for someone new? Or are you afraid to open that door? I had almost given up hope, Called it quits and walked away, When I met two people who helped me cope, And taught me to seize the day. Every year has its seasons, That's something we have to believe, Everything happens for a reason, Even though it's hard to see. Now I'm waiting for you patiently, I'll dream about you through the night, Because I know you'll make your way to me, When the time is right.
