Waiting For Silence

Waiting for Silence

To fall down,
like winter snow,

For morning stillness
to cover me,

For the first rays of Sunlight,
To wash away my darkness.

To welcome back,
To discover once again,

An old friend,
I lost along the way,

The stillness before the storm,

A silence that follows,
The Thunder,

A silence
that always

Remains the same
