Waiting

Time clicks on, as I wait
The hours pass, before my take
 Daylight ends and night descends
Finds me, sitting, thinking, pacing, waiting.
 The night grows old
 So does my soul
 Yet still
 I wait
 Watching, staring, seeing, nothing.
 Night cries, silenced
 Another day begins
When will all this anticipation end?
 The sun moves on
 Another day, gone
 Leaving me, still
 Wondering, wishing, hoping,
 for something.

Thanks again Daniel.....I still think I need to work on writing different types of poetry, I'm use to just free styling.
