Waiting

As she sits in her room
She wonders if he will call
He said he would
But he always says that
She always believes him
He usually never calls
But she hopes this time will be different
Maybe he would realize
That she always waits
But is she waiting for more than his call
He calls this time
She feels a sort of relief, but only for a moment
Will she have to wait again?
