Waiting

I sit alone,
waiting.
For who?
I don't know.
But still I wait,
for fate to bring him.
For I know he will come.
But when?
I sit alone,
watching.
But see no one,
for I only have eyes for him.
I sit alone,
wanting.
To see him,
even just once.
To know he's there,
waiting for me too.
