Waiting

Wanted by many,
Taken by none,
Looking at many,
Waiting for one.

	Oh what a pity,
Oh what a shame.
I waited for so long
but you never came.

	My life I waisted
throughout the years,
I waited and waited
But still you never came.

	My face is now pale,
My hair has turned a dull gray,
I'm not the same young girl
who waited by the bay.

	My breath has become short
As well as my days,
My time here on Earth
is now a blurred haze.

	My life is now gone,
but my heart shall stay,
Waiting and waiting,
For the love you never gave
