Alas, we almost did it again. We can say there will be next year, but I’m running out of next years. Robert Pettit 2011

I've been saying this since 1961. I've been blessed, got to see Halley's Comet and an Eagle championship. They both appear to be once in a lifetime occurrences.

Yes, you are a Chicago Cubs fan. While I've lived in Chicago each of its major sports teams won its championship except them. Let's hope they win too in our lifetime.

No John. I live just outside of Philadelphia, PA, and I've been rooting all my life for the Philly teams. I personally feel the Cubs championship moment is long overdue, and that the population of the greater Chicago area deserves to see them win it all at least once during their lifetimes.
