Wait Just a Minute

Just because life sucks
You don’t wanna live no more?
Fine! So why don’t you
just go ahead and kill yourself?
Get it over with—
Stand in front of a runaway train…
Life ain’t worth living for sissies.

You think only you got the problems?
Think again. Life ain’t fair. Big deal!
So what you wanna do?
Sleep on a bed of roses
and drink wine and eat caviar all day?
If life was all that good
Everybody would wanna live forever.

Life is a *****!
If you don’t have guts to stand up to her,
Then it ain’t worth living anyway,
No one is gonna fight your fight
Either you roll with the punches
Or throw in the towel,
Either you play her game
Or roll over and play possum;
 
And let me know when you are dying,
I’ll email some flowers to your funeral,

Or, Stand Up, dammit, and fight like a man!
