VOTER AWARENESS AND POLITICAL WINDS

As the American

Political world turns,

Its winds of change

Are blowing with

An enormous increase

In voter pressure:-

To determine the direction

In which these winds blow,

Ironically, the political

Pressure gradient force

Of the political parties,

Seems to be focused

On money, rather than

Political ideology:-

Thus, let us voters

Be ever mindful that

It is our vote, that is the sun

That determines the directions

Of the political wind forces

Seeking to navigate the nation:-

Though we’re poor,

Our votes are priceless;

More valuable than is Gold,

And indeed, much more powerful:-

Yet, political parties still focus more

On begging the poor for money,

Rather than how they will help us

Survive trials and tribulations:-

In awareness of the power of the vote,

And the audacious capitalistic mendacity

0f politically begging money from those

Trying to survive the cost of living, must

Now be met with this guided awareness:

Let them now seek to earn our votes:-
