Vote and Kill

VOTE AND KILL
ON ELECTION DAY


History errs, time and again
Life’s mistakes oft glare, shine.
Culture degrades, now and then,
The best, at times, is not fine!

Such it is with political elections
And its expanding relation, crime.
A politician once urged his selection
With deeds done well, and very fine!

But one’s not a politician today 
Unless you bad mouth your foe
The only words you can ever say
Are the hateful rival lies you grow!

And if crime’s now part of your goal
Do not think about “rob and take”,
“Shoot and kill” improves your soul
Just like today’s politician, never fake!
