Voice In the Wilderness

"Voice In the Wilderness"

Oh... can't you hear a Voice crying in the Wilderness. The sound of being lost, alone and lacking concentration like that of a child running, here and there with no sense of direction.

Listen, please open your ears to the sound resembling the voice crying like that of an orphan abandoned, deserted & forsaken.

Listen closer to that little still voice with a sharp echo resembling that of a troubled or a sudden mentality of confusion.

It's so faint as though you can't hear the voice crying in the wilderness
Oh, listen...close. Take heed listen pay attention... it's moving further and further away. Listen with a sharp ear before it too late. by D. Vines 1/13/2019

Yes, we all need to listen closely to the voice crying out in the wilderness! I thoroughly enjoyed reading this poem.
