Voltage elect potential energy tween two points ver vnit vharged;
Visible  referring  light spectrum intergalactic, electromagnetic,
vadiation that has a wavelength tween vanometers; 
Can be seen by the human eye.
Invasions, implosions humanity asks WHY?
