Vitamin Sea

I went to the beach 
For my vitamin sea
To drink in the zing 
Of an orange setting sun  
As it spritzed liquid gold
Onto zesty shimmering sand

Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) is water soluble and is usually obtained by consuming citrus fruits and green leafy vegetables. Nevertheless, your poem is impressively descriptive.
