Visual Regret

Her tear It fell upon her cheek On a reddish hue it stayed Moistening her skin To reflective surface To where I could see I was to blame How much Pain could I have caused Allowing her to feel this, showing The outward sign That all was not good And would simply never Be the same I must Dry her tears, allowing Her to heal, not seeking definite Forgiveness, but showing That I see what I did And I am truly sorry To have hurt her

That is a terrible feeling I have known far to well in my life - I remember being brought out of the hole chained and shackled with a guard on each side into the court room and looking into my wifes eyes as the Judge sentenced me to 5 years in Prison and I had all my visitations taken away so we never even got to say another word to each other - My point is as bad as it may seem your not that bad a guy Michael - Make your amends, learn from your mistakes and love her with all you are - God Bless
