Visual Regret
Her tear
It fell upon her cheek
On a reddish hue it stayed
Moistening her skin
To reflective surface
To where I could see
I was to blame
How much
Pain could I have caused
Allowing her to feel this, showing
The outward sign
That all was not good
And would simply never
Be the same
I must
Dry her tears, allowing
Her to heal, not seeking definite
Forgiveness, but showing
That I see what I did
And I am truly sorry
To have hurt her
