Visions
where did it all go?
she asked as she knocked her drink back
i didn't know what to ask
what? our love or the jack?
stopped short
i never thought those words berfore i said it out
i used to love my words because i never filtered my mouth
never remembered the answer to either
like i'm one hell of a man
i closed my eyes to fight tears
put the drink in my and
i looked in her eyes and asked what do yo see
thats when i realized there was no one here next to me
