Vision Warp

Three kittens clumsily trying to cuddle up to mother's bosom. Blind at birth, driven in their search for comfort. Feel of soft fur, soothing purr of their mother. Unopened eyes trying to view beyond the darkness of their world. Twelve limbs seeming to have minds of their own, all stepping in different directions, stumbling. Cuteness in the human realm. Their angst and desperation only known to them

Cuddly little toys
Searching for mother's warmth

Lovely Haibun, but I'm afraid not what I was looking for in this Haibun FreeStyle contest. Thanks for showing me this piece though.
