This is wonderfully layered and so sublimely phrased ... you punch with your bare fist and yet deliver the blows without bruising. Something for everyone here, (if they look closely), and I am very taken with your honesty and keen edge. Closing verse says so very much. ""Into day Escape dark night"", yes-- for a better life one must walk out of the dark. There is true power in words, if placed in the puzzle, the right way Krutsinger. And this is a strong talent that you possess. It would be remiss of me to not say, while I do not comment on all poems - I took the time to read the entire front page of your poetry the other night. I have an affinity with writers who are exceptionally left of centre and highly creative. Some of your most recent poetry has an inspirational strength in the story and in the message. So thank you. I mentioned last year, while writing under my own name, my thoughts on your writing and I stand by them. So thank you for your inspiring stories.
