Very Simply Put and Very Simply Said
very simple
i will never forget you
even with IVs and tubes....your smile eases my mind
i hold your hand until your last word....your last song....your last breath
even on your deathbed....you forget yourself and pray for me
it is then that i realized i was not even close to knowing it all
i thank God nowadays that i took the time to listen to your stories
with every thought of you, i am never near blue
you are the flower that will always grow in the center of my mind
very simple
i will always remember you....
