wriggly worms surface
          saturated ground beneath
              bird tummies flutter

hey you would love it over here David we have something called 'worm charming' where the kids have a square of soul and have to extract as many worms as they can . if they pitter patter on the soul like seagulls do it makes the worms rise to the surface, big Jugs lol Jan xx

Heya Jan, charming worms, sounds like a great idea, my mum used to go mad in my fishing days, I had her garden in bits digging for worms, I see them jugs are turning into amphorae lol, cheers David

Glad you explained the meaning my mate. I myself am partial to a fizzy worm. Matriarch scavenging to share Food chain

Fizzy worms will send you off your rocker ha, I have seen birds stomachs wriggling after gorging on the worm feast, when they’re forced up for air, after torrential rainfall, cheers David
