Striking imagery with a dash of alliteration, Kim. Somehow, every time I come across the word "vermillion" it reminds me of Keats! ~ Regards // paul

Lovely image. I think they do look appetizing in a way...and were a hummingbird I could not resist. As I am, I will admire their beauty and be fully satisfied. The blossoms seem to be swimming through the air.

Hi Kim. Splendid write. I am beginning to realise, Humming birds exist near civilisation in the US. How fascinating! Beautiful fuscias there, who knew they had true red varieties!
