Venom

You are a thorn in the flesh,
Nothing good has ever come from giving you my body and soul,
Tearing me apart must be your heart's utmost desire,
Because with every touch and smile,
You are killing me softly.

This is beyond my control,
And I'm tired of fighting without knowing how to win,
You're just like a venom,
Slowly moving through my veins and bloodstream,
And fastly weakening my immune system.

I swear, you are like a venom,
But dangerously lovely and irresistible,
It's so hard to breath without you,
I'm in deep love with your perfect imperfections.

The feeling is so strong,
An exquisite perception of things beautiful and rare,
Leaving me with an intense and insatiable hunger for your warmth,
I've weaved my dreams around you, I can't lie,
Hold my hands and hug me one more time before I die.
