Velocity
Voices in my head, telling me I've fed;
Angels flying over me;
This is what war does to good men;
This is what war does to them;
Touching me so nice, I think I'm walking on cold ice;
As my feet stop burning
I walk on
walk on
walk on so undeserving. . .
In mediocrity
A mile is just ahead of me;
A smile is just a frown turned upside down but yet I can't see TV
Why, are all theses people looking at me?
Velocity
Specks of drops of light
Shining all so bright
In front of my eyes sight, not so nice;
I can hardly see the night;
Velocity
I need night vision goggles;
So that I can rock them
In the twilight in the mountains and the waters;
They are shooting all at me;
Why because they be, they be the enemy;
Voices in my head, telling me I've fed;
Angels flying over me;
This is what war does to good men;
This is what war does to them;
Touching me so nice, I think I'm walking on cold ice;
As my feet stop burning
I walk on
walk on
walk on so undeserving. . .
In mediocrity...
Velocity
I walk on a mile is just ahead of me;
A smile is just frown turned upside down and yet I still can't see;
Why are all these people looking at me;
Why are all these people looking at me;
Specks of drops of light
Shining all so bright
In front of my eyes sight, not so nice;
I can hardly see the night;
Velocity
