Veins of Gold

There she is
A shadow
A solid silhouette
In the sunset

Moonlight strikes
Her golden hair
Yet she stays
And forever prays

Fatigued is she
Laying a mist the earth
Praying still
For a love so real

Golden veins
Reflect from her statue
She stays
Forever prays
