Veiled RIP

“No more pain, no more fight.”
But peace is not a promise
when never told of Christ.

He suffered much in living,
yet more was left unsaid—
the gospel truth of salvation
not one believer spread.

They spoke of rest and comfort,
of calm beyond the grave,
but truth was left unspoken—
the message meant to save.
