Chopped celery carrots and Peas; corn, green beans, too, Add garlic and herbs, spinach So nice; salt and some Pepper, veggie stock Some rice, cook Wow!

I was not thinking about the lines of vegetables at all but now I would very much like to have some vegetables in a salty broth.

I love homemade veggie soup; though I've been asked a million times, "how can you have vegetable soup without meat broth?" Hello people, it's vegetable soup; not beef soup or chicken soup. Vegetable soup is something one can have their own way, anytime; even us vegetarians. Thanks for reading, commenting and listening to my brief rant.
