Vanished Oooooo Sounds Spooky To Me

VANISHED
 

I have no idea who or where but someone took it from me
Perhaps it’s hiding between the horizon and the sea
Or perhaps it’s now a cloud that whitens the sky
It is undoubtedly gone and I know not who, where or why

One night it was when I went to bed
Everything I knew was stored in my head
All the data, all the rules and all of the names
There were also instructions on how to play their games

Yesterday I was fluent in two languages and brail
When varied tests were taken I’d never fail
If someone said go there that’s where I went
And I don’t know what caused this sudden descent 

This morning seemed empty and somehow dull
And I’m  certain the culprits can’t be the sea and a gull
Somehow I felt ignorant and became irate and too tense
Because it was there but now I’ve been robbed of my common sense
