Vandals In Love

Somebody broke my heart Like an old store window It’s like they just threw a rock And watched it shatter It’s just too easy to love And so hard to recover You find yourself questioning everything You think oughta matter I got what was comin’ to me From my fellow vandals in love We destroy so much property But we all get what’s comin’ to us Yes and maybe the human heart Is like some art exhibit A statue without any arms And a big double-chin We take our time shopping around To have our hearts fitted Tailored and customized, to just the right size, Only to have them kicked in I got what was comin’ to me From my fellow vandals in love We destroy so much property But we all get what’s comin’ to us Yes and I got what was comin’ to me From my fellow vandals in love We’ve destroyed so much property Now we’ll all get what what’s comin’ to us.
