The small and intricate details to life,
They’re like a small happy key,
To giving the pleasure in all that I do,
Helping this person called me,
Experience what’s hidden from the big major plan,
Experience what’s hidden away,
Helping me value what life has to offer,
To value each part of the day,
And not pretend I’m a pic on Facebook,
Not be a thought on a page,
Not pretend I’m one complete package,
Like living a life on a stage,
No, the small things in life like feeling fresh air,
Like feeling the sand on my feet,
These are the things I hold close to my heart,
The things making my life complete.
