Valentino, Romance Never Dies


"Valentino, Romance never dies" 

Witness the hirsute main cat eloquently honey trapped,
the lap dance laps all the cream for what it's worth,
squeezes life out of the heart into the flipped mind
of Valentino, the bird chirps, 

“romance never dies, in truth”
cats kissing caged canaries singing cabaret
Valentino, romance never dies, 
not today, never not today, forsooth

Thru Emerald Forest 
he was lookin' to make a bed
There in the spindly thicket 
softly did he tread
The soft wolf tread”

A lovely write/honey cat picture. Love your line, “romance never dies, in truth.” Even when romance is gone it lives on in the heart. Have a blessed day writing away..........................

such a pirate...no one wanted him at the animal shelter because he was without an eye. I took one look at him and fell in love; and of course he was all over me like a hot rash when I first met him - not much has changed, besides the fact he controls the whole show here with the other, a royal Queen, (pure bred Silver Bengal) Moonie (Moonlight), aka "She Who Must be Obeyed"...he acquiesces some times....it always works in his favour.

He looks like wonderful trouble. I see a halo on his head, don't you??? Wish I had him. No pets here. Many years ago we moved into a place with a cat this color. The cat came with the place. He "Loved" can tuna for people. Forget can cat food. Yes you are right when you say, " the heart for pumping blood, the mind for feeding love to the soul." So True... Have a blessed day/night....................

He's a handful of trouble. I attract trouble, it would seem. But he's "good" trouble...just look at him. Seduction written all over his face.
