Valentine's Sonnet

Standing on pew waiting for her to come
with lavish flowers and chocolates in my hand
My heart is loudly beating like a drum
while it hums along with my romantic band
I could not help but to walk around the table
Too nervous yet the place is filled with so much delight
Valentines lights brighten the night in stable
Should know that this is going to be my perfect night
Suddenly she appears like a daydream in her dress
But I could not paint the color wearing on her face
About to say words from her mouth and start to press
“Baby I’m sorry I can’t give you a space...”
Know exactly what she mean – I can’t win her heart
Now she leaves my heart broken, I’m falling apart
