Valentines Day

Flowers, arrive. Your heart just cannot stop it’s thunderous beating. Already, heady from the aromatic aroma, running for scissors, you are in a love coma. Hands trembling, you cut off the paper., the huge red ribbon, you pinned in your hair, even though, your man is not there. Peeling down the paper, is a gigantic Gardenia plant, that transports you to Hawaii, it’s scent overwhelming! All day you hear romantic music, lost in a cloud. You say his name sensuously…..and out loud. His gift is wrapped, all ready for this night. Two lovers, on a scarlet, star-covered sofa! The universe is most perfectly right. 1/6/2023

The scene set for a romantic night with the help of the sweet scent of the gardenia setting the mood. When my gardenias are in bloom because of their strong scent I set just a couple inside in front of my Madana. blessings my friend

Hi Eve! Sorry I am late. Am a political poetical-political animal, one might say, and have been watching Congressional goings on. I just posted a few when I was not distracted! Now that the dust has settled…gardenias are the best. But deadly for cats. Many plants are. In San Fran….would put one gardenia and float it in water. A heavenly aroma. A single gardenia NOW is quite expensive.how nice where you cut yours.yes, V Day….candy in a red satin box? Not this years, ants still invading my house…love, Panagiota

LOL, Charlie. Read GONE WITH THE WIND ABOUT MY NY EVE. Terrifying, but yes this was the best holiday as Anthony Biaanco penned PANAGIOTA. It was the first thingI saw on Christmas morning. I don’t know him very well but he must be reading me because he has me down to a T that Paul is exactly me.i am so grateful to hi, And folks like you who pop up like beautiful roses in the midst of a storm. Glad you liked my verses. Love, Panagiota
