Valentine Ride

Thank you for being there to cook up this match
Down to the dance we had for to catch

Your parents approved and encouraged our ride
A priest in the family helped both us decide

Looking for love as we both saw our ages
No training needed we both knew the stages

CDs and teddy bears a gold Claddagh watch 
cemented the bonding a ring was the notch

Present to the world a rose on my arm
Declare a true love and relate ith her charm

I love you I love you remember all day
I would not have children without this to say

Now that your gone I miss that old love 
Don't bring the in laws Oh heavens above

A man of sound intellect gave me great insight
Stay with your principle and you will have life

I do that most certainly and life will move on
Woman and wife you know you were wrong

Children I'm sorry she broke up the love
When you hear my side you'll  be back like a dove
