Utter Silence
Silence
so loud
who knows the sound?
Who, at a point in life has not utterly drowned
in what
is silence?
Always searching
reaching for something
Beyond the veil
into the darkness
Catching a glimpse
of the life
so, needed
heart beat rapid
never completed
yet never grasping
at full life
set back
in silence
Oh, how I wish
I could run
so free
On fields of green
the rivers,
the trees
And Sunlight!
oh, what wonderous warmth
with flowered aromas
and air so sweet
Yet
Silence...
is always around
Tell me
dear stranger
Where is life found?
