Us
we opened the night
through a starry canvas
that covered my thoughts
I'd began to wonder
the meaning of loneliness
never had I foreseen
such graveness
beneath my silk nylons
and lace garter belt
thee infamous portrait
standing before me
was indeed us
a picture of sullen duets
valued between funfsik fir
deutsche marks and dwa zolty
my mind a quiet loft
my memory sorted
as I embrace why I'd rather
welcome jaded thoughts
mingled with traces of naught
oh how you controlled
even that pure stillness
I'd portrayed.
